The Bayou - Easton, PA
The Bayou first opened in Bethlehem, PA in 2014 and has been delivering exceptionally tasty eats ever since. Recently, their Easton, PA location also opened, expanding their reach throughout the Lehigh Valley. Though many of their noshes feature meat, it is possible to have a delicious vegetarian or vegan meal here when out with friends or family. Throw in one of their inventive (and strong) cocktails and you've got yourself the perfect meal. This week, I met up with a friend at their Easton location for after work cocktails and we couldn't resist trying a few of their smaller plates.
